Cancellation Policy
All booking are subject to 'Standard Terms for Purchase of Services' as published in this website. Sessions can be booked no later than 24 hours from scheduled time and cancelled beyond 12 hours of scheduled time. A session booking cancelled by you shall be credited back to your subscribed plan. Failure to cancel booking in a timely manner shall lead to 'No Show' without refund or credit to subscribed plan. All session credits are to be utilised before expiration of plan period. Booking management may be done through website or 'Spaces' app available on Apple App Store (on iPhone) or Google Play (on Android). Request for managing bookings on behalf of member is available for a per event charge.
